Scott Carman, PLA, LEED AP
Scott Carman is a founding principal of C2 Studio Landscape Architects with 15+ years of award-winning projects. Scott brings great expertise in sustainable site technologies, construction documentation, fabrication techniques, and specifications to manage projects from planning to built completion, often employing innovative strategies to successfully meet budgetary and schedule constraints. He is deeply knowledgeable about effective design communication, an endeavor that delivers dividends in the form of better-educated design decision making, enhanced fundraising opportunities, expedited governmental review, and streamlined construction documentation.
Scott shares his knowledge and commitment to these issues as an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University, where he teaches graduate-level courses on these topics. Previous to his arrival in Colorado, he was also an instructor of courses in landscape architecture at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and Rhode Island School of Design. Scott holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Harvard and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Horticulture from Cornell University.
Scott is a registered Landscape Architect in Colorado, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
